NEWS: Clive Barker's "Midnight Meat Train" a 7.9/10 on IMDB.com

Aug. 4 3:14 PM by Eater of Entrails

The Midnight Meat Train, based on Clive Barker's grisly short story by the same name, hit theaters last Friday. Unfortunately for horror enthusiasts the film only played in about 100 "dollar theaters" across the nation. Though, despite the fact that not a lot of people saw the film, the reviews are generally favorable. With just over 250 user votes, The Midnight Meat Train's review average is 7.9 out of 10 on IMDB.com, which ain't bad. Though, the average on IMDB will undoubtedly change once the film makes its way to video (which is going to be real soon according to this report that says the movie is coming to DVD quickly).

Other horror publications are giving the film mostly favorable reviews, except for Fangoria...

Well they better put it on DVD fast if they aren't releasing it anywhere. I hope it is as good as the reviews are saying it is....
